Mary Cooper
FOUNDER
Hi there, I am Mary Cooper. I am a real estate broker and designer, in Eugene Oregon and the founder of Home Happiness.
My motto has always been, “Life is short. Live happy,” and I truly believe that happiness often begins at home. At Home Happiness, we’re committed to making every step of the process feel personal, positive, and purposeful. I founded Home Happiness with one goal in mind: to help people feel truly at home, born out of a deeply personal chapter in my life. After battling cancer, I realized how much our surroundings impact our mood, our mindset, and our healing. I knew I needed to find joy—in God, in the little things, and in the space around me.
That experience inspired a passion to help others do the same. Sometimes, when life feels heavy, the best motivation is to look around and find your little piece of heaven.
Lisa Nice
Hi, I’m Lisa Nice! I’ve lived in Eugene, Oregon, my whole life and feel deeply connected to this community. My husband Tyler and I raised our two boys here, and we’ve loved watching Eugene grow and evolve over the years.
My professional journey has taken me from dental assistant to youth program coordinator to director of operations at a large church. Now, as a real estate broker, home stager, and designer/stylist, I bring strong organization, communication, and leadership skills to every project.
I’m a hands-on, task-oriented person who loves transforming spaces—whether it’s buying or selling a home, staging to highlight its best features, or designing a space that reflects your style. I thrive on turning vision into reality.
Outside of work, I volunteer at a local food pantry and my church. I also love spending time with my energetic mini Aussie, Lola, and exploring Eugene’s restaurant scene with my husband. And yes—we’re big Oregon Ducks fans!
